We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your product to request a return.
To quality for a return, your product must be in original new condition just as when you received it. All returns must be received in original packaging. You will also need to provide original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, please contact us. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label as well as instructions to complete your return. Products returned without first receiving approval will not be accepted.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be totally exstatic with the products you purchase from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it to us for a refund, no questions asked. All returned products must be in original new condition with original box and all accessories. If any items are damaged or missing, we cannot accept a return. Return shipping costs may apply and these shipping costs are not refundable.
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged in any way. Also, please notify us immediately if you receive incorrect product and/or the product you receive appears to be defective in any way.
We cannot accept returns if box is damaged and/or if tags/MAC are removed. If there are missing items when a product is returned, a fee will be charged to offset these costs.
We will notify you once we have received your approved product return. Once your product has been received and inspected, we will issue refund within 3 business days to original payment method. It can take up to 5-7 business days for this refund to appear on your bank statement.
